About Me:
            I'm a student of Mechanical
Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, doing
research is in the area of
            solid rocket propellants.
I am married with two children (Eric and Melina), and I love spending time with
them. My wife, Paty, is from Mexico, and I am fluent in Spanish, so we are
a bilingual family. We hope our children will follow in the
            tradition.
I have a number of interests that beg of my attention whenever
I'm not with the school or with my family. Photography is fun
because it allows the technical part of me to pretend that I have
artistic abilities. Electronics, especially  appeals to me
because it is a relatively exact science. R/C airplanes are
just plain fun, and I hope that my hobby of programming
microcontrollers will someday make me wealthy.
Have a look around my page. I hope you find something that
            interests you.
